DOORTECH is the oldest garage door company in the Baton Rouge area. Still family owned and operated; we understand the importance of knowing about the company you do business with as well as the products they sell.
Doortech is a family owned and operated business. We are members of the Associated General Contractors [AGC], International Door Association [IDA], National Federation of Independent Business [NFIB] and is an accredited dealer with International Door Dealer Education [IDEA]. Jeff Howard is also a sanctioned trainer through IDEA as well as a Certified Residential Technician.
Douglas and Carolyn Howard established Doortech [then know by another name] in 1964. Their sons Johnny and Jeff Howard took over the company in 1987 and are still a part of the everyday operations.
